Patrick Wolf closes his grand "Tour of the Beast" in Berlin on the 19th of December, the only european show that sits at the end of 27 North American shows. "Arrive - human, depart - Beast" has been the motto of the shows which straddle Wolfs' high octane electronic work from the adolescent dance of Lycanthropy through the gothic riot of The Bachelor, the foot stomp of The Magic Position through to 2026s outlier anthem "The Beast" this is a wild and empowering show, of dulcimer, lyre, 5 string viola, electronic guitar harpsichord and a fever dream of beats and samples.

The following night in Berlin, a very different event will take place, this time for a seated audience in the beautiful Theater Im Delphi for  YULENITE - a now traditional, yearly winter solstice concert which has sold out, wherever it is been held over the last 4 years a concert for the longest night of the year performed from the more classical and folkloric elements of Wolfs catalogue, acoustic reworkings of some of his most well cherished work alongside winter and yule traditional folk songs to form an expansive holistic song cycle of bells, piano, strings.
